Countless groups, individuals and organizations dive in to help when there is a major disaster.  Each of them has a key role to play.

Tri-County Long Term Recovery was here to assist them, not replace them. It intended to be temporary.

Much of LTR's work was done in committees which met as necessary to tackle issues from case management to donations to pets.

Two key committees met monthly: The Steering Committee was composed of the executive committee and representatives of each subcommittee.  The Funder's Forum offered a place for giving groups from around the area to address the unmet needs which may arise months after a crisis.
