The vast majority of needs were met.

More than 1,000 cases received funding or other resources through the partners in the Funder's Forum after the 2013 tornadoes. LTR stopped taking cases in late summer 2015 and closed its office in November. It took until June 2016, but the repairs have been finished and cases closed.

COAD steps up.

Even as LTR was winding down, some of its members were planning for future disaster. Tri-County Community Organizations Active in Disaster was formed. Bethany Community Church Executive Pastor Ben Davidson was well-equipped to be chairman of the group after leading volunteer management for the disaster. LTR Vice Chairman Jennifer M.
